What to Expect from Your Session:

 QHHT® sessions take place in person at The Sacred Healing Well in Dacula, GA. When you arrive for your appointment, you'll bring a list of questions you want answered by your Higher Self. Most clients prepare two lists: one for health and body-related questions, and another for life and personal inquiries. Jemelia, your guide, will explain the concept of your Higher Self, also known as Higher Consciousness, Subconscious, Universal Mind, or Over Soul, and will assist you in making a connection with it.

Before beginning the hypnosis process, you and Jemelia will spend time getting acquainted and discussing your reasons for seeking this experience. You'll talk about your life journey and review your list of questions. The hypnosis session will last approximately two hours, during which time you'll be in a deeply relaxed state. The session will be recorded, as people often recall varying amounts of their experiences.

While in this relaxed state, Jemelia will guide you through 1-3 past lives or other soul experiences. Even if you're skeptical about past lives, you can think of these experiences as stories that hold valuable insights into your current life. Your Higher Self will lovingly lead you to the origins of your questions and issues, allowing you to understand, heal, and move forward.

After exploring past experiences, Jemelia will gently access your Higher Self to answer your questions and scan your body for healing and repair. This aspect of us is commonly known as intuition or gut feeling, but it speaks through us more often than we realize. Jemelia will then guide you back to full awareness and discuss your experience with you. You'll listen to parts of the recording and review the answers you received.

By the end of the session, you'll likely feel transformed, with newfound clarity and healing. QHHT® gently guides you into a deep state of hypnosis (theta), where you can access the part of you that holds all the answers. This multi-dimensional experience can provide you with a clear understanding of how to maintain this connection with your Higher Self in your daily life through quiet time, meditation, or theta state.

You don't need to worry about remembering anything from your session; I will provide you with a recording to take home. You can listen to it as many times as you like, and doing so can bring you additional insights and healing to help you progress in life.
